I got the email on Friday night...it just said were in!!
We'd heard rumors on the grapevine that this place existed, no specifics, just rumors. But on Saturday we got to ride it! I'm not going to say much, if anything, about this place only that I thought I'd died and gone to freeride heaven when I saw it.
We loved this drop!
We had a real good session on this wall ride. One footers and no footers off the wall seemed to be the order of the day...
This was a sweet ass drop but I struggled with the run out. It's a full on steep rooty, rocky singletrack run out which took me as a victim on my second run! Nothing major, just didn't quite make the high speed turn over the rocks at the bottom of the steep and ended up on my arse at the bottom of the banking!
